The goal in publishing NYLON was to create something for the young, smart, and cool woman who wasn’t being served by any of the traditional fashion magazines.
By ignoring all the rules, NYLON was able to create something wholly fresh & new; with an aggressive, take-no-prisioners approach to style and content that has sustained for 20 years and spawned countless imitators.
